1. How Long will it take to re-roof my home?

Every job is different depending on the size and location of the roof, but typically, we are able to complete a roof from start to finish in 3-5 days, including clean up and final inspection.

2.How does Payment Work?

Western Roofing Systems will collect a deposit of $1,000 and then schedule your start date. Once we have started the re-roof and the tear off has been completed then we will collect 50% of the balance upon material delivery. Once the job has been completed and the final inspection has been signed we will collect the remaining balance.

3. Do you guys offer financing?

This frequently asked roofing question is common. We are partnered with the Hero Program and California First, which can help with some financing. A home equity loan could also provide financing for re-roofing your home.

4. What is the best roofing material to put on my house?

Every home is different and it also depends on your needs and wants. If you want a very long lasting roof with a tile look then Stone Coated Steel could be the best option. If you want an economical and easy access roof then Asphalt Shingle might be a better choice for you. If you have a low-slope or flat roof then we would probably move towards installing and IB Flat Roof.

5. What kind of warranty do you offer?

Western Roofing Systems offers a 5 year workmanship warranty on all the work we do. We are also certified by all the manufacturers that we use means your manufacturers warranty will always be accepted.

6. Is Western Roofing Systems licensed and insured?

Western Roofing Systems is fully licensed and insured so you can rest easy that your home is fully covered while we are working on it. All of our employee’s are in house and are fully insured and covered with workers comp.

7. Do i need to pull a permit for my roof?

Western Roofing Systems takes care of the entire permit and inspection process. You do not have to worry about dealing with the city. Western Roofing Systems will pull the permit on our own license.
